Elderflower Sangria

Elderflower Sangria

Easy to make, easy to sip, made for summer.

1 ½ cups (300 ml) Slamseys Elderflower Gin

1 bottle white wine

3 cups seasonal fruit cut into slices or bite sized chunks

Soda Water (optional)

Put your fruit into the bottom of a large jug. We like to use a combination of seasonal fruit such as strawberries, blueberries or peaches and add a few slices of lime for a bit of zing.

Pour the Slamseys Elderflower Gin and white wine over the fruit and leave in the fridge for at least an hour so the flavours can mingle.

Put some ice into glasses and pour over the Elderflower Sangria, making sure everyone gets a good helping of the alcohol infused fruit that they can eat when they’ve finished the drink. Top up the glass with soda water to your desired strength.
