Raspberry Gin Slush

Raspberry Gin Slush

Beat the heat with a frozen gin slush.

Pour 1 cup of gin into a lidded plastic container.

Add 2 – 3 cups of water according to how strong you want your drink.

Freeze for 3 hours until you have a soft ice. Break it up with a fork. Keep until needed.

Spoon a heap of frozen gin and water into a glass.

Pour in a slosh of Raspberry Gin.

Best drunk through a straw.
