Rose Sangria
A thirstquencher for the summer. Slightly fresher and less sweet than Rose Gin & Peach Cup.
1 lime
Other seasonal fruit such as peach and strawberries
200 ml Slamseys Rose Gin
1 bottle white wine
Soda Water
Cut the lime into slices and the other fruit into mouth sized chunks or slices (half the fun of Sangria is eating the alcohol infused fruit at the end). Put the fruit into the bottom of a large jug and pour the Slamseys Rose Gin and white wine over the fruit.
Cover and leave in the fridge for an hour to let the flavours mingle.
Pour into glasses over ice, making sure everyone gets a good helping of fruit, and top up the glass with soda water. We like to serve the soda water separately so that guests can choose how much to dilute their drinks.
