Cranberry Sauce with Sloe Gin

Cranberry Sauce with Sloe Gin

300g cranberries

60g sugar

Zest and juice of 1 orange

Cinnamon stick

1 teasp grated ginger

Glug of Slamseys Sloe Gin

Put everything apart from the Sloe Gin into a saucepan with 60ml water. Simmer for ten minutes until the cranberries start to burst and set aside to cool. Remove the cinnamon stick and add a glug of Slamseys Sloe Gin. Taste. Add more sugar or gin if needed.
