Raspberry Gin Slush
Beat the heat with a frozen gin slush.
Make the slush by pouring 1 cup of gin into a lidded plastic container. Add 2 – 3 cups of water according to how strong you want your drink and freeze overnight. Break up the soft ice with a fork and keep in the freezer until needed.
When you're ready to drink, spoon a heap of frozen gin slush into a glass and pour over a measure of Raspberry Gin.
Best drunk through a straw.
